Whilst on my short sabbatical, I decided I would work on some data visualizations for social media after attending a Flourish webinar on the subject. I repurposed this sunburst chart (also pictured below) showing the proportions of different species of palm trees in Tampa that I made in Flourish about a year ago, adding title, annotations, and animations in Canva. (Canva purchased Flourish last February, and now the two products are very nicely integrated.) It was a fun little project! I am excited to try out some of the other things I learned over the next week or so.
